2.5 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on judiku88:

You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Non-Transferability. Your judiku88 Account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Funds contained within it to any other person. Attempted transfers of accounts or balances will be treated as fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account termination.
3.4 Account Monitoring. judiku88 monitors account activity for security purposes and compliance with these Terms. Unusual activity patterns, including but not limited to rapid sequential deposits and withdrawals with minimal gameplay, may trigger a security review and temporary account suspension pending investigation.

6.1 Game Rules. 6.2 System Errors. 9.3 Exclusions. judiku88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if judiku88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.1 Voluntary Closure. Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting judiku88 support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
10.2 judiku88 Right to Suspend. judiku88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a Member has breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected; chargebacks have been initiated; the Account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory enquiry; or the Member's jurisdiction of residence is determined to be one from which judiku88 may not lawfully accept players.
10.3 Forfeiture. Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, judiku88 reserves the right to forfeit all Funds and Bonus Funds in the Account, including any pending winnings.
